Material accepts returns within 14 days only if the returned product is in the same condition as sold. Please note that we will not accept the return of any damaged product done within or after 14 days. 

Please note that the delivery charges are non-refundable and are applicable for returns as well. Please note that our home sprays, diffusers, and plants are non-refundable.

For international deliveries, we guarantee the best packaging there is. Therefore, the chance of getting a broken/damaged product is at its lowest. However, the package is not handled by Material solely and if any damage happens, we are not responsible for it.
